➡️ "Feeding yourself" what you need results in arriving at the world whole, and that's the easiest way to actually get what you want externally. (Abundance isn't getting everything, it's not NEEDING anything)
Switch out of identification with thoughts, emotions, and sensations. You become the parent and witness – observing everything without attaching to any of it.
Send loving energy directly into areas where your child-self needs it. This can manifest as physical tension or "dense" emotions.
Add an inner smile – gently directing that loving energy into yourself. Taking on the "parental" role for the "child" emotions that the body is going through.
Flow between being the parent who gives and the child who receives – switching based on what's needed in each moment.
For deeper work, you can embody specific figures (mother, father, ideal lover) to give yourself exactly what you need from that person, working on very specific wounds.
You become completely self-sufficient – able to feed yourself the exact love, validation, and attention you've been seeking elsewhere. No more external dependence. No more endless seeking.
